My name is Oleksandra, and I have experience working as a primary school teacher. This stage of my professional activity has become not only a period of active growth but also a true calling. While working with younger school-aged children, I realized how important it is not just to impart knowledge, but to foster a love for learning, a desire to explore the world, and to develop personality. Every day, I sought to create an atmosphere of support, trust, and creativity in the classroom. In my work, I employed interactive methods, game-based learning forms, creative tasks, and an individual approach to each child. I paid special attention to the development of emotional intelligence, the ability to collaborate, think critically, and solve life situations. I conducted open lessons, themed weeks, extracurricular activities, and actively involved parents in the learning process. It was important for me not just to teach but to build partnerships with children, parents, and colleagues. This experience taught me patience, flexibility, the ability to organize space, plan activities, and quickly find solutions in unpredictable situations.
