I have over 20 years of teaching experience in elementary school. Throughout my professional career, I have undergone certification twice, confirming a high level of professional competence, professionalism, and the ability to implement innovative approaches in the educational process. I have worked with the author's educational programs "Rostok" and "Intellect of Ukraine," which allowed me to deeply realize the potential of each child, form critical thinking, logic, and self-learning skills from an early age. I apply modern methods of integrated learning, use innovative technologies, elements of STEM education, and an individual approach. I have a strong motivation for continuous professional development, participate in methodical associations, seminars, webinars, and pedagogical experiments. I consider the main goal of my work to create a comfortable educational environment where each child feels support, trust, and a desire to learn.
